01 Challenge

Samedica offers marketing and business services tailored for medical firms operating in the German market. The company faced the challenge of adapting its CRM & Reporting software to efficiently handle the substantial influx of daily sales data. The primary objective was to develop solutions that would enable quick identification of any issues concerning key performance indicators (KPIs) on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

The project required the seamless provision of ongoing sales reporting, task management, and data analysis across various dimensions, ensuring accessibility for both managers and sales representatives as they executed their daily responsibilities.
