Samedica provides marketing and business solutions for medical companies in Germany.It was in need of adjusting their CRM & Reporting software to a huge volume of sales data reported on daily basis.It was crucial to design solutions that would help to spot any issues related to daily, weekly and monthly KPIs with just a blink of an eye.
Ongoing sales reporting, tasks management and data analysis accross many dimensions had to be at hand for both managers and sales representatives performing their daily tasks.
